Join this extensive day tour to the South Coast of Iceland, where we hike on Sólheimajökull Glacier. Grab your hiking boots and get ready, because you’re going to hike Sólheimajökull glacier in southern Iceland. This is a comprehensive glacier tour, where you’ll learn about these massive natural phenomena from your guide and be provided with all the necessary equipment to get some exercise in full comfort and safety. This tour is for anyone looking to experience one of the natural wonders of the earth. You’ll meet your guide in the Sólheimajökull parking lot and then make your way to the ice itself, a brisk 30-minute walk to get the blood flowing. (The glacier was once closer to the lot, but warming weather and the glacier's own movement has caused it to recede into the distance.)

- Food: We stop at locations like gas stations and small shops where you will be able to buy snacks/sandwiches and drinks.

Pickup available

Please be ready at 8:30am at you selected pick up location: We start picking up at the Bus-Stops around central Reykjavik and then move on to the pick ups located outside the center. The pick up process usually takes up to 30 minutes.
